The training aims to enhance the technical and entrepreneurial skills of CBO members who have received fish feed machines under the project.

Participants will receive hands-on training on machine operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and sustainable fish feed formulation using locally available ingredients.

Experts from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), the Department of Fisheries, and the private fish feed industry will conduct both theoretical sessions and practical demonstrations during the program.

Officials expressed that the initiative will improve the participants' technical efficiency and business management skills, enabling them to operate feed machines effectively and contribute to climate-smart, sustainable aquaculture practices across the country.
