BNP firms to fulfill peoples' expectations if comes to power: Dr Zahid

DINAJPUR, Oct 22, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Standing Committee Member Dr. AZM Zahid 
Hossain today said if BNP comes to power in the country's next general 
election then programmes will be implemented to fulfill peoples' 
expectations.

"If BNP comes to power through people's mandate then programmes will be 
implemented for developing all tiers of the country and fulfill the 
expectations of the people," he said.

The BNP standing committee member made this remarks while distributing 
leaflets of 31-point programmes along with the local leaders at different 
places under Birampur upazila here.

During the leaflets distribution, he said all kinds of expectations of the 
voters have been included in the 31-point state infrastructure renovation 
programme leaflets announced by BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.

"If BNP gets an opportunity to lead the country by exercising the voting 
rights of the people during the next parliamentary polls then we will take 
the country ahead by fulfilling peoples' expectations including development 
in all tiers of the country," the BNP leader continued.

In the last 16 years, people could not apply their voting rights, he said, 
adding: "We have started works to implement the rights of the countrymen ... 
As they are waiting eagerly to establish their voting rights." he continued.

BNP's Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has taken all plans to fulfill the 
people's expectations of the country. 

He also urged all including the BNP leaders and activists to remain alert as 
no evil forces can jeopardize the next parliament elections through hatching 
any conspiracy.
