BAWA extends help toward Saintmartin animals

DHAKA, Oct 22, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Animal Welfare Association (BAWA), a BNP based welfare organization, has extended cooperation toward the animals in Saintmartin following the directives of BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman.

The assisting group, led by the organization's chief coordinator Atikur Rahman Rumon, went to Saintmartin with the permissions of the administration and fed the animals there including dogs and other animals.

A team of veterinary experts will also join the week-long campaign.

Campaign activities include feeding, vaccination and providing medical care to the injured animals.

Bangladesh Animal Welfare Association convener Adnan Azad, members of the organization Imran Rashed Simanta Sarkar, Toufiq Situ, Shubhrota Sarkar, Mizanur Rahman Tasib, Faisal Bin Azam were present at the campaign during today's activities.
