TANGAIL, Nov 17, 2025 (BSS) - Ganosamhati Andolan Chief Coordinator Zonayed Saki today said all those who were involved in mass killings in Bangladesh must be brought to justice.

"We expect that proper trial will be held in the mass killing carried out
indiscriminately in fascist way under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina. We
think that this trial process has been carried out following international
standards. Justice will be established in Bangladesh through the verdict that
will be delivered through the trial," he said.

Saki made these remarks while talking to reporters after paying homage at the
mazar of Maulana Abdul Hamid Khan Bhashani here on the occasion of his 49th
death anniversary.

He said the upcoming elections are very necessary and all should remain alert
so that none can thwart the polls.

The country's people will decide which reforms will be implemented, he said.

About the life and works of Maulana Bhashani, Saki said Bhashani had
continued struggle for freedom since his childhood and this struggle
continues.

"Maulana Bhashani fought for freedom in his whole life. We are still fighting
for that freedom," he added.

The Ganosamhati Andolan leaders and workers were present on the occasion.
