DHAKA, Nov 17, 2025 (BSS) - The Canadian High Commission here today urged
Bangladeshi applicants to hire only licensed representatives and to verify
that biometric instruction letters or passport request letters are legitimate
and linked to their own immigration applications.

In a public advisory shared on its official Facebook page, the mission
reminded applicants that using unauthorized or unlicensed representatives
could jeopardize their Canadian immigration process.

It further cautioned applicants to closely check the authenticity of any
communication they receive, noting that biometric instruction letters or
passport requests must accurately correspond to the application submitted.

The High Commission also advised the public to consult official Canadian
government resources for reliable guidance on hiring representatives and
avoiding misinformation, directing applicants to detailed instructions on its
website.
