MUNSHIGANJ, May 9, 2026 (BSS) - Valiant Freedom Fighter (FF) Shamsuddin Ahmed passed away today at the City Hospital in the capital while undergoing treatment due to old age complications. 
He was 75, his eldest son, Rafiqul Islam, said.

The late FF who was born in  Sreenagar Upazila of Munshiganj District,    left behind his wife, two sons, two daughters and a large number of well-wishers to mourn his death.

His namaz-e-janaza will be scheduled and announced later on as most of his children are currently residing abroad.
