Rajshahi district police take firm stance on maintaining law and order

RAJSHAHI, June 8, 2026 (BSS) - Rajshahi District Police today held its master parade, monthly welfare meeting and crime review meeting, with Superintendent of Police (SP) Naimul Hassan in the chair.

During the meeting, the SP provided directives on the welfare, discipline and professional responsibilities of police personnel.

He also heard various applications and requests from officers and members of the district police and instructed the concerned authorities to take necessary measures.

At the crime review meeting, emphasis was placed on ensuring prompt and quality police services for the public.

The SP also instructed officials to maintain a stable law-and-order situation, strengthen community policing and take effective measures to prevent crimes, including theft and robbery.

Special directives were issued to Officers-in-Charge (OCs) of police stations to ensure the speedy execution of arrest warrants and maintain law and order in their respective jurisdictions.

Addressing the participants, the SP called upon all officers and personnel to discharge their duties with patriotism, professionalism, dedication and integrity to earn and uphold public trust.
