Pakistan A team announced for warm-up clash against Bangladesh

DHAKA, Feb 13, 2025 (BSS)—The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced Pakistan Shaheens (Pakistan A) squad to take on Bangladesh in a warm-up game ahead of the Champions Trophy.

Pakistan A team, named as Pakistan Shaheens will face off Bangladesh on February 17 in Dubai, with Mohammad Haris as captain and Umar Gul as coach-cum-manager.

The PCB also named two separate Pakistan Shaheens squad for the warm-up clashes against Afghanistan and New Zealand, a press release of the board revealed.

The warm-up fixtures will take place between February 14-17 in the lead-up to the main tournament, which runs from 19 February - 9 March.

For the February 14 match against Afghanistan at Gaddafi Stadium, Pakistan Shaheens will be captained by Shadab Khan, with Mansoor Amjad serving as coach-cum-manager.

Meanwhile, for the February 17 match against South Africa at National Stadium, Mohammad Hurraira will lead the side, with Ijaz Ahmed Junior as coach-cum-manager. At the same day, another Pakistan Shaheens squad will take on Bangladesh in Dubai.
