DHAKA, July 7, 2025 (BSS)-The Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced a 17-member-squad for the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh today.

Eshan Malinga got his maiden call-up while Dasun Shanaka, Chamika Karunaratne and Dunith Wellalage returned to the squad as Sri Lanka made several changes from their last T20I series in January against New Zealand
White-ball captain Charith Asalanka will lead the home side in T20Is.
The series starts on July 10 at Pallekele before Dambulla and Colombo will host the next two matches on July 13 and 16 respectively.

Bangladesh will end their month-long tour in Sri Lanka with the T20 series.

Charith Asalanka (captain), Pathum Nissanka, Kusal Mendis, Dinesh Chandimal, Kusal Perera, Kamindu Mendis, Avishka Fernando, Dasun Shanaka, Dunith Wellalage, Wanindu Hasaranga, Maheesh Theekshana, Jeffrey Vandersay, Chamika Karunaratne, Matheesha Pathirana, Nuwan Thushara, Binura Fernando, and Eshan Malinga.
