DHAKA, July 9, 2025 (BSS)- The 1st Division Chess League, organised by Bangladesh Chess Federation, will begin Sunday (July 13) at the hall-room of Bangladesh Chess Federation (BCF).

The number draw of the participating teams will be held on Saturday (July 12) the evening at the BCF. A total of 12 teams will participate in this League.

The participating teams are requested to enroll their team names and register their players by Friday (July 11).

The 1st Division Chess League will be held in a round robin league system. 

The top two teams will qualify in the Premier Division Chess League and last two teams of the final ranking will be relegated to the second Division Chess League.
