T20 trophy to be unveiled in century old Chattogram Railway Building

DHAKA, Oct 25, 2025 (BSS) — Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced today that the official trophy unveiling ceremony for the Bangladesh –West Indies T20 International series will be held at the century old Central Railway Building (CRB) in Chattogram.

The unveiling ceremony will take place at 12pm in front of the historic structure from the British era. Captains of both teams will be present.

This event is part of the BCB’s ongoing Cricket Tourism initiative in collaboration with the Bangladesh Tourism Board, aimed at promoting the country’s cultural heritage through cricket. 

Chattogram would host all three T20 Internationals at Bir Shrestha Shaheed Flight Lieutenant Motiur Rahman Stadium, scheduled for October 27, 29 and 31.

Both Bangladesh and West Indies players had already reached Chattogram to play the series.

Earlier, Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium hosted the three ODIs, which Bangladesh won by 2-1.
