Six more matches of school handball decided on 2nd day

DHAKA, Oct 27, 2025 (BSS)- Six more super six matches – three of boys’ and there of girls’ --  of Polar Ice Cream School Handball competition were decided on the second day held at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali Natiuonal Handball Stadium  today (Monday).

In the day’s boys’ division matches, Ideal School and College beat Dhaka Govt. Muslim High School by 14-12 goals  after the first half was ended 7-7 draw,  Sunnydale defeated Nirjar Cantonment Public School  by  27-18 goals  after leading the first half by  14-8 goals and  Saint Gregory School and College defeated Narida Govt High School by   20-18 goals after the winners trailed the first half by   9-8 goals.

In the girls’ division matches, Sher-e-Bangla Girls College defeated South Point School and College by 7-4 goals after the first half was ended 3-3 draw, Sunnydale thrashed Wills Little Flower School by 39-0 goals after leading the first half by  20-0 goals and  Viqarunnisa Noon School outclassed  Shaheed Bir Uttam Lt. Anwar Girls School by  24-8 goals after dominating the first half by  13-5 goals.
