DHAKA, Oct 27, 2025 (BSS) - Ongoing recruitment process for 45 vacant posts in eight categories in Press Information Department has been cancelled, a press release today.

The decision was taken based on the recommendations of a seven-member committee of the Information and Broadcasting Ministry and with the approval of the competent authority.

Earlier, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has formed a seven-member committee through an official order to review and verify the ongoing recruitment in 45 vacant posts under eight categories at the PID.
