DHAKA, Nov 30, 2025 (BSS) - The Premier Division Chess League will begin on Wednesday (Dec 3) at the Bangladesh Chess Federation (BCF) hall in the city.

Ahead of the league, the number draw of the participating team will be held on Tuesday (Dec 2) at the same venue.

A total of twelve teams are participating in the League, organized by BCF.
    
The participating teams are reigning champion Titas Club, reigning runner-up Manha's Castle, Leonine Chess Club, Bangladesh Navy, Sports Bangla, Uttara Central Chess Club, Dipali Memorial Chess Club, Janata Bank Officers Welfare Society, Khelaghar Chess Association, Bangladesh Police Chess Club, E-Soft Arena Chess Club and Sadharan Bima Corporation Sporting Club. 

The chess league will be played in a round-robin format.
