Two BFL matches to be held tomorrow

DHAKA, Dec 18, 2025 (BSS) - Two seventh-round matches of the Bangladesh Football League (BFL) will be held at two separate venues across the country tomorrow (Friday).

On the day, Abahani Limited Dhaka will take on PWD Sports Club at the Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla, while Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society will meet Brothers Union Club at the Birshrestha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Munshiganj.

Both matches will kick off at 2:30 pm.

After the sixth round, the traditional sky-blue Dhanmondi outfit Abahani Limited stand in fourth position in the league table with eight points, while PWD Sports Club are in eighth position with six points.

Traditional Old Dhaka outfit Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society are in third position in the league table with ten points, while the all-orange Gopibagh outfit Brothers Union Club are in seventh position with seven points.

In the remaining seventh-round matches on the following day (Saturday), holders Mohammedan Sporting Club will take on Arambagh Krira Sangha at the Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla, Bangladesh Police Football Club will face Bashundhara Kings at the Shaheed Barkat Stadium in Gazipur, and Fortis Football Club will play against Fakirerpool Young Men's Club at the Bashundhara Kings Arena in the capital.
