Fortis, Arambagh play goalless in BFL

DHAKA, April 17, 2026 (BSS) - Fortis Football Club and Arambagh Krira Sangha played out a goalless draw in the Bangladesh Football League at the Bashundhara Kings Arena in the capital today.

Both sides created several scoring opportunities during the match but failed to convert them due to poor finishing, resulting in a tame stalemate.

With the result, Fortis FC moved to 25 points from 13 matches, level with Abahani Limited in second place. Arambagh Krira Sangha, meanwhile, continue to struggle near the relegation zone with 10 points from the same number of matches.

In another fixture, Brothers Union Club will face PWD Sports Club at the Birshreshtha Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Stadium in Munshiganj on Saturday at 3:30 pm.
