DHAKA, April 17, 2026 (BSS) - The concluding and prize giving ceremony of 
four-day 9th Runner President Cup Golf Tournament-2026 was held today at the 
Kurmitola Golf Club here. 

Chief of Army Staff (CAS) General Waker-Uz-Zaman joined the ceremony as the 
chief guest and distributed prize among the winners of the tournament.

Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmud Khan and Navy Chief Admiral M Nazmul Hasan 
joined the ceremony as special guests. Senior military officials, invited 
guests, and Golf Club members were present at the ceremony. 

The CAS thanked organizers for such arrangement and said such competitive 
events could play crucial role in developing the Golf of the country.

A total of 815 players from home and abroad participated in the tournament.

Jadid Ekram Ikhwan become the winner while Md Sakib Rahman become Runner-up 
and Mi-Yu-Hi Kim as the Ladies Winner of the tournament.
