3-day int'l tourism fair to begin on Thursday

DHAKA, Feb 3, 2025 (BSS) - A three-day international tourism fair will begin 
at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the capital on Thursday (February 06). 

Over 50 organisations from nine countries-- the United Arab Emirates (UAE), 
Iran, Maldives, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal, Jordan, India, and host 
Bangladesh-- will showcase various travel and leisure services at the fair. 

The Bangladesh Monitor, a leading travel magazine, will organize the 20th 
edition of this tourism fair titled 'US-Bangla Airlines Dhaka Travel Mart 
2025' to be held at the Ball Room of the hotel.
 
Cultural Affairs Adviser Mostofa Sarwar Farooki will formally inaugurate the 
fair on Thursday, Editor of Bangladesh Monitor Kazi Wahidul Alam said while 
highlighting various aspects of the upcoming tourism extravaganza at a press 
conference held at a city hotel today.
 
Participating organisations represent national tourism organisations, 
airlines, travel agencies, hotels and resorts, tour operators, financial 
institutions and others involved in travel and tourism.

The fair will remain open from 10 am to 8 pm every day.
