Four-day special service operations held marking 52nd anniversary of Office of CAG

DHAKA, May 15, 2025 (BSS) - The four-day special service operations at all the concerned offices across the country under the jurisdiction of audit directorates, CGA, CGDF, Additional DG (Finance) of Bangladesh Railway and its subordinate bodies ended today marking the 52nd founding anniversary of the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of Bangladesh.

As part of this, the service seekers from various audit units were given special services through special booths under the jurisdiction of the Posts, Telecommunication, Science, Information, and Technology Audit Directorate, said a press release.

It said some 62 service seekers were given five types of services like providing suggestions on disposing of audit objections, appraisal on reply against audit objections through audit management and monitoring system, reconciliation of audit objections of the firms which are under audit, and providing desired services to the esteemed pensioners.

The service seekers expressed their satisfaction over the quality of services under such operations and thus extended thanks to the CAG and others concerned in this regard.

They also requested to continue such operations in the future.
