27.9pc growth of remittance inflow till Nov 24

DHAKA, Nov 25, 2025 (BSS) - Inflow of remittances witnessed a year-on-year growth of 27.9 percent reaching US$2,349 million in the 24 days of November, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued today.

Last year, during the same period, the country's remittance inflow was $1,837 million.

During the July to November 24, 2025 of the current fiscal year, expatriates sent remittances of $12,498 million, which was $10,774 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
