DHAKA, Dec 18, 2025 (BSS) - Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC (DSE) today inaugurated the 'DSE Information Help Desk' with the aim of making the organization's information services more effective and easier. 
 
The help desk was set up specifically to enhance the delivery of information services, said a press release.
 
The inauguration ceremony was conducted by Mohammad Asadur Rahman, the Acting Managing Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. 
 
Speaking at the event, Rahman stated that the information help desk will simplify the provision of capital market-related information. 
 
Furthermore, he noted that the initiative will ensure a quick and effective resolution to various queries raised by investors and other stakeholders.
 
Rahman stressed that the establishment of the help desk would make DSE's service quality more transparent and customer-friendly. 
 
He also expressed confidence that the help desk will play a crucial role in increasing the trust of DSE's market participants.
 
A number of senior DSE officials attended the inauguration, including Dr. Asifur Rahman, Chief Technology Officer; Md. Samiul Islam, Chief Financial Officer; and Md. Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan, Chief Regulatory Officer. 
 
Other senior officials of the DSE were also present during the ceremony.
