Two teenagers killed in Natore road accident

NATORE, Jan 27, 2025 (BSS) - Two teenagers were killed and another was 
injured when their motorcycle lost control and crashed into a wall in 
Chowdhurypara area under Naldanga upazila of the district last night.

The deceased were Sadnan Safa, 14, a student of class eight and son of Md. 
Rafiqul Islam of Diyar Kazipur village of the upazila and Labib Hasan San, 
16, a student of class 10 and son of Anisur Rahman of the village.

"The accident took place on Trimohani-Mirzapur rural road around 8 pm when 
the three teenagers were going to Diyar Kazipur village from Trimohani Bazar 
riding on a motorcycle. Due to high speed, the bike rider lost control over 
his vehicle at a bend and crashed into a wall of a house," said Md. 
Mostafizur Rahman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Naldanga Police Station.

Local people rescued and admitted them to Natore Sadar Hospital where San 
succumbed to his injuries.

Safa died on the way to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH), the OC 
added.
