Day-long workshop for Hajj pilgrims held in Natore

NATORE, April 15, 2025 (BSS) - A day-long training workshop for Hajj pilgrims was held today in the district with the participation of individuals traveling under both government and private management.

Islamic Foundation and the district administration jointly organised the workshop at the auditorium of district administration here.

Deputy Commissioner Asma Shahin inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest with deputy director of Islamic Foundation of Natore district office Md Riazul Islam in the chair.

In her speech, Asma Shahin said such training is essential for pilgrims as it will help them understand all necessary rules, regulations and health precautions related to Hajj.

The event was addressed, among others, by Additional Deputy Commissioner Md Arif Hossain, Civil Surgeon's Office Medical Officer Dr. Md Russel and Central Jame Mosque Khatib Mufti Masudur Rahman.
