Injured July warriors receive financial assistance in Rangamati

RANGAMATI, May 25, 2025 (BSS) - The district administration today distributed cheques of financial assistance among the injured warriors of the July Mass Uprising.

Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Habib Ullah handed over the cheques at the DC office.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Md Ruhul Amin, Deputy Director of the District Social Services Department Md Omar Faruque, and Deputy Director of the District Youth Development Department Md Shahjahan, among others, attended the event.

A total of Taka 7 lakh was distributed among seven injured warriors of the July Mass Uprising. Each recipient received Taka one lakh.

Following the cheque distribution, government health cards were also handed over to the injured July warriors.
