DINAJPUR, May 25, 2025 (BSS) - Police in a drive recovered a touchstone idol 
of Mahadev from the frontier area Mongla Bazaar under Hakimpur upazila of the 
district this morning.

Being informed, a team of the police conducted a drive in the area around 
9.30 am and recovered the statue weighing 4.138 kilograms in an abandoned 
condition, said Suman Kumar Roy, sub-inspector (SI) of Hakimpur Police 
Station.
