NARSINGDI, June 22, 2025 (BSS) - A five-day Entrepreneurial Development Training programme has commenced in Narsingdi. The training, organized by the Narsingdi District Office of Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC), began this morning at the designated training room of the district office.
According to the organizers, the programme will provide training to 20 promising entrepreneurs from various parts of the district over the next five days. The training will cover topics including the qualities of a successful entrepreneur, project profile development, procedures for obtaining bank loans, and how to avail facilities from various government agencies.
The training sessions will be conducted by Acting Deputy General Manager of BSCIC Narsingdi District Office Zahurul Islam Khan; Extension Officer Imran; Industrial City Officer Md Ashikul Islam; Promotion Officer Nur Mohammad; and Manager of Karmasangsthan Bank in Narsingdi Md Mainur Rahman.
Speaking on the occasion, Acting Deputy General Manager Zahurul Islam Khan stated that the training aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to develop industrial or business plans, become self-reliant, and calculate the use of personal capital.
Participants will also gain knowledge about the rules and procedures for obtaining loans from banks and other financial institutions, along with a clear understanding of business fundamentals.
Each participant will be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the course.
