Youth electrocuted in Kaukhali

RANGAMATI, June 23, 2025 (BSS) - A youth died after being electrocuted in 
Kashkhali area of Ghagra union under Kaukhali upazila of the district today.

The deceased was Mahin, 18, son of Nuru Mia of the same area.

Mahin came in touch with an electric wire while he was starting a water pump, 
said, Sohag, Officer-in-Charge of Kaukhali Police Station.

Family members rescued him and taken to Kaukhali Upazila Health Complex where 
the on-duty doctors declared him dead.
