JASHORE, June 24, 2025 (BSS) - Detective Branch (DB) of police in a drive arrested an accused of 24 different cases from Railgate area of the district town last night.
The arrested accused is Ibrahim Hossain Dollar alias Doing Dollar, son of Bachchu Mia of Shashtila area of the town.
A team of DB police conducted a special drive in the area at midnight and arrested Dollar, Additional Superintendent of Police Noor-e-Alam Siddiqui said.
He was produced in the court this morning.
Dollar had been carrying out terrorist activities in Shashtila and Railgate areas of the town for a long time.
There are a total of 24 cases against him, including one murder, six arms, six explosives, eight drugs and two speedy trial law cases.
