50,000 trees to be planted in memory of martyrs in Khagrachhari

KHAGRACHHARI, July 20, 2025 (BSS) - Khagrachari district BNP has taken an eco-friendly initiative to plant more than 50,000 trees in memory of the July uprising martyrs. 

Of the 50,000 trees, saplings of forest, fruit and medicinal plants were distributed at a programme organised in Kalabagan area of the district town today.

General Secretary of the district BNP MN Abshar, its leaders and activists and workers of all affiliated organizations of the party participated in the programme.

After the sapling distribution programme, trees were planted on the main roads and various areas of the district town.
