RANGAMATI, Aug 27, 2025 (BSS) - Fish fry were distributed among 23 institutions in Sadar upazila here today to release the fish fry in different water bodies.

To increase fish production in the district, fish fry were distributed among the officials of the institutions of Sadar Upazila Senior Fisheries Officer this morning under the revenue budget of the Fisheries Department.

Fisheries Officer Adhir Chandra Das distributed the fish fry. 

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Rifat Asma, commandant of Zila Ansar Md. Anwar Hossain and social service officer Md. Abdur Rashid were present at the distribution function, among others.

A total of 250 kg of fish fry was distributed among 23 institutions of the upazila.
