CUMILLA, Aug 28, 2025 (BSS) - The biennial conference of the Cumilla Chauddagram upazila and Pourashava (municipality) units of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) was held yesterday.

BNP central vice chairman Barkat Ullah Bulu attended the conference as the chief guest, with convener of Chauddagram upazila BNP Md. Kamrul Huda in the chair. 

Engineer Shah Alam Razu, member secretary of the upazila BNP, conducted the event. The conference was inaugurated by Jakaria Taher Suman, convener of BNP Cumilla south district, according to the BNP Media Cell.

BNP's Cumilla divisional organizing secretary Principal Selim Bhuiyan, industry affairs secretary Abul Kalam, assistant organizing secretary for Cumilla division Mostak Mia, president of Cumilla city BNP Utbatul Bari Abu, and member secretary of BNP Cumilla south district Ashiqur Rahman Mahmud Wasim were present.

Leaders of the district BNP, and its affiliated organizations were also present at the event.
