NARSINGDI, Oct 23, 2025 (BSS) - A training workshop and discussion aimed at implementing BNP's 31-point reform plan of the state structure was held today in Raipura upazila.

The programme took place this evening at the Morjal High School field, with Engineer Ashraf Uddin Bakul, Assistant Secretary for Science and Technology Affairs of the BNP Central Committee, attending as the chief guest.

Faruk Ahmad Pradhan, Acting President of Morjal Union Unit BNP, presided over the function.

Raipura Upazila Muktijoddha Dal Convener freedom fighter Fazlur Rahman, District BNP Advisory Committee Member freedom fighter Hazrat Ali Bhuiyan, Raipura Poura BNP President Idris Ali Munshi, Morjal Union BNP General Secretary Md Humayun Kabir, among others, were present.

Addressing the gathering, Engineer Ashraf Uddin Bakul emphasized the importance of implementing the 31-point plan to reform the state structure. He said executing these plans is essential for the country's overall development and the restoration of democracy, and urged party leaders and activists to stay united and work actively at the grassroots level.
