Leaflets distributed in Bogura seeking votes for Tarique Rahman

BOGURA, Nov 5, 2025 (BSS) – Election campaigns and leaflet distributions have begun in the Bogura-6 (Sadar) constituency, seeking votes for the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) acting chairman Tarique Rahman, ahead of the upcoming National Parliament election.

On Tuesday, District BNP President Md. Rezaul Karim Badsha led a leaflet distribution and public outreach programme on behalf of Tarique Rahman at Pallimangal Bazar, adjacent to the Sakharia Union Parishad area of the constituency.

During the campaign, leaders of various affiliated organizations, including Bogura Sadar Upazila BNP President Maftun Ahmed Khan, along with local BNP activists and members of the public, were present. 

The event was published on the official BNP Media Cell’s Facebook page, which shared photos and details of the campaign.

Earlier on Monday, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced the names of BNP-nominated candidates for 237 parliamentary constituencies across the country. Among them, Tarique Rahman was declared as the party’s candidate for Bogura-6, sparking celebrations among party leaders, workers, and supporters in the district.
