Parents’ awareness is crucial for improving quality of education’

RANGPUR, Nov 9, 2025 (BSS) – Speakers at a parents' rally today said that parents should be more attentive to improving the quality of education of students of primary and secondary level educational institutions. 
 
If the parents of student are aware of their children, then the students will definitely get good results.
 
They made the observation at the parents' rally held at Gangachara Adarsha High School under Gangachara upazila of Rangpur district on Sunday.
 
Acting headmaster of the school Md Enamul Haque presided over the rally moderated by assistant teacher Md Abdul Motaleb. 
 
Guardians of ninth and tenth grade students of the high school were present at the rally.
 
Assistant teachers Md Ekramul Haque, Md Nuruzzaman Mia, Md Abul Kashem, Md Abdul Jalil, Nirmal Sarkar, Md Akhtar Uzzaman, managing committee member Md Sabuj Mia, guardians Sobhana Begum, Tauhid Ahmed Suman, Nurunnabi Hasan, Manoranjan Roy, Nirmal Roy, Saju Mia, among others, addressed the event. 
 
The speakers said that if teachers and guardians work together, the future of students will be bright. 
 
They advised parents and teachers to join hands and take special steps to improve the quality of education with the aim of building an enlightened nation. 
 
Headmaster Md Enamul Haque said that parents should occasionally come to school to check on their children. If that is done, students will not be able to avoid their studies. 
 
“Every teacher should pay special attention to every student. A student who is weak in any subject should be imparted with lessons through extra classes. This will increase the reputation and quality of the school,” he said.
