Anti-terrorism rally held in Manikganj

MANIKGANJ, Nov 13, 2025 (BSS) – Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and its eight-party alliance brought out an anti-terrorism rally in the district town today.

Starting from the Manikganj bus stand, the rally paraded the main roads of the town while chanting anti-terrorism slogans.

Manikganj district Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Hafez Maulana Quamrul Islam, Vice-President of Bangladesh Islami Andolon Manikganj district unit Maulana Delwar Hossain, Organising Secretary Mufti Abdur Razzaque Foyeji, Manikganj Sadar Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Md Fazlul Haque, Manikganj Pourasava Ameer Humayun Kabir, Bangladesh Chhatra Shibir Manikganj District President Moniruzzaman, and Jamaat-e-Islami Singair Upazila Ameer Maulana Oli Ullah, among others, spoke on the occasion.

Mentioning that the banned party Awami League is trying to create anarchy in the country through acts of sabotage, the speakers urged people to remain alert to the destructive activities of the party.
