Bogura Hindu community holds special prayers for Khaleda Zia's recovery

BOGURA, Nov 28, 2025 (BSS) - Members of the Hindu community offered special 
prayers at the Chelopara Sarbojanin Sri Sri Kali Temple in Bogura today 
seeking the speedy recovery and good health of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda 
Zia.

The ceremony was organised by District Puja Celebration Committee President 
and former Joint General Secretary of Bogura District BNP, as well as former 
Ward No. 6 Councillor, Parimal Chandra Das, along with General Secretary 
Nirmolendu Roy.

Organisers said the event was part of a nationwide initiative by the Hindu 
community praying for Begum Zia's improved health.

In his remarks, Parimal Chandra Das expressed hope that Begum Khaleda Zia and 
BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman would help revive the country's fragile 
state structure and restore stability and democratic practices.

Participants also prayed for peace, national harmony and the well-being of 
both leaders.

The puja, arati and special prayers concluded successfully, dedicated to the 
recovery of Khaleda Zia and the welfare of the nation.
