NILPHAMARI, Dec 14, 2025 (BSS) - A rickshaw puller was killed in a road accident at Khetur Bazar of Putimari union in Kishoreganj upazila of the district this morning.

The deceased was Morsalin Hossain, 45, son of Tanna Mamud of Madhyakalikapur Balapara village of the upazila.

The accident occurred around 11.30 am when a speeding motorcycle hit a rickshaw from opposite direction, leaving rickshaw puller Morsalin dead on the spot.

Kishoreganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Lutfar Rahman confirmed the matter.
