RANGPUR, Feb 26, 2026 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-13 in two separate drives seized huge amounts of drugs and arrested four alleged drug dealers from different places of Rangpur and Dinajpur districts on Thursday.
 
The seized contraband drugs included 3.8 kg of ganja and 74 bottles of phensedyl-like ESKuf syrup, said a press release circulated here this afternoon.
 
The arrestees were identified as Md Matiar Rahman Mondal, 47, of village Darshona and Salma Akhter, 42, of village Mangalpur under Birampur police station of Dinajpur, Shamsul Haque , 56, and Mofazzal Hossain, 65, of village Latabar under Kaliganj police station of Lalmonirhat district. 
 
After filing two separate cases, the elite force handed over the arrested persons and seized drugs to the concerned police stations of Rangpur and Dinajpur districts for further legal action.
