Tk 824 cr proposed for Cultural Affairs Ministry

DHAKA, June 02, 2025 (BSS) - Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed today placed the national budget allocating Taka 824 crore for the Cultural Affairs Ministry for fiscal year (FY) 2025-2026, which is Taka 82 crore higher than the allocation in the revised budget in FY 2024-2025. 

Of the proposed Taka 824 crore, Taka 487crore was allocated for operating task and Taka 337 for the annual development plan of the ministry, said the finance adviser in a televised speech.
