DHAKA, June 02, 2025 (BSS) - Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed today proposed the national budget allocating Taka 1,110 crore for the Information and Broadcasting Ministry for fiscal year (FY) 2025-2026, which is Taka 88 crore less than the allocation in the revised budget in FY 2024-2025. 

Of the proposed Taka 1,110 crore, Taka 905 crore was allocated for operating task, while Taka 205 for the annual development plan of the ministry, the adviser said in a televised speech.
