Tk 10,279 cr proposed for Ministry of Shipping

DHAKA, June 2, 2024 (BSS) - The government has allocated Taka 10,279 crore for the Ministry of Shipping in the proposed budget for the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26.

The allocation is Taka 1, 284 crore higher than the revised budget of the previous FY 2024-25.

Of the total allocation, Tk 891 crore was proposed for operational and Tk 9,388 crore for development purposes.
