DHAKA, March 11, 2025 (BSS) - A fire broke out at the Aminbazar power grid today morning was brought under control after two hours of efforts, officials said.
The fire originated at 7:15am, media officer Talha bin Zasim of Fire Service and Civil Defence told BSS.
"Nine fire fighting engines worked relentlessly to douse the blaze, and the fire was fully extinguished by 9:15 am", he said.
The cause of the fire and extent of the damage could not be known immediately, he added.
No report of casualties was recorded.
