DHAKA, Jan 21, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairman Tarique Rahman today assured support to the families of those killed and injured in the Milestone aircraft crash.
The BNP Chairman made the assurance while talking to the families of the victims in front of the party’s Gulshan office.
Tarique Rahman arrived at the office at around 12:30 pm. At that time, relatives of the victims of the Milestone aircraft crash were waiting in front of the office to meet him. Getting down from his car, Tarique Rahman went straight to them and spoke with them.
He inquired about the families of the children who were killed and injured in the crash. On behalf of the affected families, a memorandum was handed over to Tarique Rahman.
After listening to everyone, Tarique Rahman advised them to remain patient and assured them of his cooperation.
Tarique Rahman said he would communicate with the interim government to ensure advanced treatment for the injured. He also said that if the BNP comes to state power after the election, the party will work to meet the demands of those affected by the incident.
