DHAKA, April 26, 2026 (BSS) - The 10th Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) meeting of the 2025-26 fiscal year was held with Prime Minister Tarique Rahman in the chair today.

The meeting was held at the meeting room of the Cabinet Division in the Bangladesh Secretariat here this morning, said Prime Minister's Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman.

LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Finance and Planning Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, Home Minister Salahuddin Ahmed, Road Transport and Bridges Minister Shaikh Rabiul Alam and other members of the committee were present at the meeting.

Senior officials of the concerned ministries were also present at the meeting.
