Free eye cataract surgery campaign held in Dinjapur

DINAJPUR, March 4, (2025) - A three-day free eye cataract surgery campaign was held at Gausul Azam BNSB Eye Hospital here. 

The campaign was organized with the assistance of the Dinajpur Palli Karma-Sohayok Foundation and Pallisree, a non-government development organization.

Starting on February 28 this year, the campaign offered primary eye treatment and medicine to a total of 101 people and operated a total of 25 cataract surgeries free of charge, Executive Director of Pollisree Shamim Ara Begum said.
