IU gets new registrar

ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY, Kushtia, Mar 5, 2025 (BSS) - Professor Dr Manjurul Haque of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering department of Islamic University (IU) has been appointed as the new registrar (acting) of the university.

Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Nakib Muhammad Nasrullah appointed him as the new registrar replacing HM Ali Hasan.

He will serve until further order, said a notice.  

The notice also mentioned that HM Ali Hasan will return to his own position as deputy director at the Controller of Examination Office.

The newly appointed acting registrar Dr Manjurul Haque said that he would try to perform his duties with utmost sincerity.
