Biman operates all women flight on International Women's Day

DHAKA, March 8, 2025 (BSS) - Biman Bangladesh Airlines today is operating a special flight to be conducted by all women staff including pilots and cabin crews on International Women's Day.

The national flag carrier is operating the flight expressing solidarity with gender equality, women's empowerment, and the elimination of all forms of violence and discrimination against women, Biman said in a release.

The special Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka flight BG-388 is being commanded by Captain Anita and First-Officer Tasnuva with five female cabin crew members.

The all women operating special flight is set to fly from Dhaka at 11:20 this morning.
