Supradip urges all to devote themself to path of truth

DHAKA, April 4, 2025 (BSS) - The Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) Affairs Ministry Adviser Supradip Chakma today urged all to devote themself to the path of truth.

"Our government wants development of the country, it wants to maintain the peace among the people. For this, we have to identify the lacking among us, and devote our-self to the path of the truth," he said while talking to the students' representatives at the Rangamati Circuit House today, an official release said here today.

The adviser further said that everyone is committed to building this country, adding, "We have to leave the culture of blame game, stay on the right path and not to follow any kind of rumors."

Supradip further said that government's financial assistance and other cooperation is an ongoing process. 

"All the residents of the Chittagong Hill Tracts, including Chakmas, Marmas, Tripuras, Bengalis, have the right to receive government assistance and cooperation. These assistance and other cooperation will be provided to everyone in phases. We want to bring about economic development in the Chittagong Hill Tracts," he added.
 
The CHT Affairs Adviser expressed optimism regarding the meeting between Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Led by Minhaj Murshid, the other members of the student delegation were Wahiduzzaman Roman, Md Imam Hossain Imu, Raihan Chowdhury Shuvo, Taneim Ibn Alam, Sayeda Islam Sadia, Maruf Alam Sezan and M Akhteruzzaman Apu.
