Jamaat expresses condolence over Gujrat plane crash

DHAKA, June 12, 2025 (BSS) – Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has expressed deep sorrow over the incident of a crashing a bird of Air-India at Ahmedabad of Gujrat with 242 passengers on board.

In this regard, Jamaat Secretary General Prof Mia Golam Parwar said, “We came to know that a passenger of Air India crushed at Ahmedabad of India shortly after the take-off and left all the 242 passengers on board dead.”

“I’m expressing deep condolence for the victims and their families. I hope India and its people will be able to recover the pain and losses caused by the accident soon,” he added.
