Bashir Uddin calls for working in aviation sector with new enthusiasm

DHAKA, June 15, 2025 (BSS) - The Adviser to the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism Sk. Bashir Uddin has called for renewed dedication and enthusiasm in the ministry's activities following the Eid holidays.

He made the call during a post-Eid courtesy meeting with officials at the ministry's conference room today.

"We all enjoyed a joyful time with our families during the Eid. Now it's time to return to work with fresh enthusiasm," the adviser said.

He emphasized the need to accelerate initiatives that were in progress before the vacation, particularly those concerning reforms in laws and regulations as well as activities related to travel agencies. 

"The work we started before Eid must now be carried forward swiftly and effectively," he stated.

Highlighting the broader vision for the sector, the adviser underscored the importance of timely and pragmatic reforms to ensure sustainable development in both tourism and aviation. 

He stressed the need for enhancing passenger service-quality and strengthening overall management-capacity.

Senior officials of the ministry were present at the meeting.
